Listora AI Privacy Policy

Listora AI ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered listing studio for real estate agents. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

What we collect and process

Agent profile name: You can optionally enter your name and agency details. This is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through your Expo account for personalisation purposes.
Photos and videos you select or capture are sent to our AI backend (hosted on Fly.io) and to OpenAI's API to generate staged images, enhanced photos, reels, floor plans, and inspection reports. Images are processed and returned to your device — we do not permanently store your photos on our servers.
Voice recordings: When you use the Voice to Listing feature, audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription. Audio is not stored after processing.
Usage data: We count your AI generation usage locally on your device to enforce free tier limits. This data stays on your device.
Subscription status: If you subscribe to Listora Pro, RevenueCat processes your subscription. We receive confirmation of your entitlement status but not your payment details.

We do not collect your email address, precise location, contacts, health data, or financial information.

OpenAI — used for image generation, text generation, voice transcription, and vision-based inspection. See openai.com/privacy.
D-ID — used for AI avatar video generation. See d-id.com/privacy-policy.
RevenueCat — used to manage subscriptions and entitlements. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
Fly.io — our backend infrastructure provider. Data is processed in-transit only.
Apple App Store / TestFlight — for distribution only.

Revoke photo library or camera access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Photos / Camera.
Revoke microphone access in iOS Settings → Privacy → Microphone.
Manage or cancel your Listora Pro subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Delete all local app data by uninstalling the app.

Listora AI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
